Discovery call
A 30-minute Zoom call with your program lead. We agree on audience, the shape of the package, scheduling around shifts or rotations, and the outcomes the engagement is meant to deliver.
Week 1
Placement and cohorting
Every learner takes a 20-minute bilingual placement. Cohorts are built around level, timezone, and the workplace context — consulting, sales, operations, clinical, or school.
Week 2
First live sessions
Sessions begin on Zoom with the assigned instructor cohort. Lesson plans, materials, and weekly targets are authored by AcrossTyme Meta Language — anchored to the workplace dialogue patterns your team actually runs.
Week 3+
Milestone re-benchmark
At each milestone, the same assessment battery repeats. Gains in speaking speed, workplace comprehension, and shared fluency are reported to the team lead and the institution alongside the learner's own progress.
