Discovery call
A 30-minute Zoom call with your program lead. We align on your role (consulting, sales, operations), scheduling around the working week, and the outcomes the cohort is meant to deliver.
Week 1
Placement and cohorting
Each learner takes a 20-minute bilingual placement anchored to a simulated client conversation. Cohorts are built around level, timezone, and the workplace context — consulting, sales, or operations.
Week 2
First live sessions
